See below for an interactive walkthrough:

Transcript

The Village Notetaker will provide a verbatim transcript of the meeting. These raw transcripts are accessible moments after the meeting. All meetings will include the date and time, meeting duration and invitees list.

Post-Summary

The post summary report provides an Overview, Summary grouped by key themes/topics, any follow ups and key decisions made on the call. Depending on the duration of the meeting, the Summary Report should be generated within 1-2 mins.

Ask Village

Not only does Village AI generate your summary report, you can also ask specific questions about the meeting to tailor specific output. Here are some useful prompts to try:

  • How could I close the sale faster?

  • What challenges did the team foresee?

  • Give me more details on next steps

Share Settings

Once the meeting summary report is created, users can amend the share settings on an individual report level.

  • Invitees Only meetings will only be accessible to the invitees on the calendar invite.

  • Requires Review allows the meeting invitees to review the meeting transcript and summary report and either keep it private or manually select 'make public' to make it available to other users in your organization.

  • Anyone at Organization will make the transcript and summary report available for anyone to view in their Meeting Notes Feed and will be discoverable in other reports like Team Reports and Custom Reports.
