In order to make sure Village Labs links your team members to their correct accounts in all the tools your team uses each day, we need to make sure your user's Village Labs email address is mapped to the correct ID.
In most cases, this is automatic. But for some tools, such as Jira, and in some cases, such as if a user changes their email address or the company changes its name, they need to be re-mapped.
