End users will land on the user dashboard by default. If you are an admin user, you can navigate to the end user dashboard by clicking your network name in the top left of the menu > Member Dashboard > Network Name
The User Dashboard is your end users primary interface with Village. Here they can:
See their earnings and awards
See what incentives rules they are eligible for (called Opportunities in the User Dashboard)
See any Goals the have
See any messages that are relevant to them
Cash out earnings
Each user sees a version of the dashboard that is populated with information relevant to them, including their earnings, opportunities and awards that they are eligible for, as well as featured cards for segments that they are part of.
To customize the user dashboard on your Network, change the primary and secondary colors and add your logo in Network Settings.
The Earnings Callout Banner appears at the top of the user dashboard and contains the following elements:
the total cash earnings that a user can cash out immediately
the total cash earnings a user has earned, but is not yet available to cash out. An example of this is where a user has earned cash as part of a bonus pool, but the payout date has not occurred yet
a users total all-time earnings on Village
the 'Cash Out' button. When cash awards are set to be 'User Initiated' a user must hit Cash Out before cash is sent to their bank account via 3rd-party payment rails like Stripe or Paypal, or Village's native payment rails. If you'd like to automate the cash out process, what we call 'Network Initiated' cash out, please reach out to support@villagelabs.co
By default, the earnings reported within the user dashboard relates to what has been earned as a result of rules setup within Village. If you would like to use the end user dashboard to summarize total earnings on your platform, please reach out to support@villagelabs.co
Earnings Detail displays the total earnings that a user has earned to date.
Earnings are grouped by Rule and Time Period. Note that rules are called Opportunities in the end user dashboard and only rules where you have selected 'Visible to Users' will be visible to users. Earnings for rules that are not visible to users will be grouped in the 'Other' section.
Users are able be see all Award Types that they are eligible to earn for. Users are able to toggle between different earnings summaries for these eligible Awards Types by using the green tabs at the bottom of the Earnings Detail.
Feature Cards allow you to show customized messages to some or all of your users. For example, you might want users in a particular Segment who have earned a goal to see a celebratory message, or users who have received a support ticket to get an educational message on what they can improve.
The following elements of Feature Cards are configurable for each card:
The header
The body text
The card icon
Which Segments see the card
You can create as many cards as you like within your Network.
