When you first rollout Village Labs in your company, access will be gated to the Admins who are involved in set up. This means that only those admins will be receiving Daily & Weekly Briefing Notifications in Slack each morning (9am local time based on your organization's timezone setting).
Once you're ready to launch Village to more users in your organization, it's as simple as either adding them to the Whitelist that controls who gets these Slack notifications, or removing the whitelist altogether if you are ready to launch if to all users who are generating reports in the tool.
Note: removing the Slack whitelist restriction won't send the notification to all users in your organization if you haven't created accounts for all users in Village. However, it will send it to any users that are generating daily reports (those who appear in your Org Chart) .
To add additional users to the group that receives morning Slack notifications, follow the tutorial below. You can also follow this process to remove users.
When you have completed this process, only the users added to the Whitelist segment will receive morning Slack notifications and be able to login to view the tool.
Follow these steps to do a full rollout to all users onboarded in Village Labs.
When you have completed this process, all users onboarded in the tool (eg. that you can view in the Org Chart) will receive morning Slack notifications and be able to login to view the tool.
