Watch this interactive video to see how to set your Village Notetaker preferences for all upcoming meetings:
Set your preference for one-off and recurring messages as well as internal and external meetings.
Set your sharing settings to control what users can access the transcript and summary report. If your meeting is a recurring meeting, the meeting settings will apply to all future meetings as well.
Invitees Only meetings will only be accessible to the invitees on the calendar invite.
Requires Review allows the meeting invitees to review the meeting transcript and summary report and either keep it private or manually select 'make public' to make it available to other users in your organization.
Anyone at Organization will make the transcript and summary report available for anyone to view and will be discoverable in other reports like Team Reports and Custom Reports.
The 'Invite Notetaker' option on each upcoming meeting will override the existing Village Notetaker default settings. This allows you to tailor your Notetaker settings on a meeting by meeting basis.
If you need to manually add the Village Notetaker to any meeting, you can do so by simply dropping the live meeting URL into the 'Add to live meeting' functionality and it will join the meeting you're currently on. The transcript and summary will only be available to the user that manually adds the Notetaker.
The Notetaker will appear as an attendee on your meetings as 'Village Notetaker'. With auto-join and quick add functionality you can manage your Notetaker with ease.
